Rajeshri creations, Goa is a Goan based company started in 2017 which is currently involved in ad films, film production, television serials and commemorative events recognized by prominent national and international awards. Director

Before entering professional event management, Paresh worked with various non-profit organizations from a young age. His ability to sync his vision with technical assets has left an embossing impression of the events executed. Strategy building, resource mobilization and planning are the domains in which Paresh excelled and brought experience to the table. A savvy technocrat and a broader worldview have brought versatility to Paresh's productions.

Pradnya P. Naik

Director

With a career span of one and a half decades in events, management, and curation, Pradnya is a founder of Rajeshri Creations. Her niche in managing and executing events brings experience and vision to the enterprise. Given that she strengthened the event ecosystem and channelled the creative potential, her ideation led to the company's inception. Since then, Pradnya's detailed eye has executed versatile projects under Rajeshri Creations.

Surya Nagvenkar

Event manager

Surya ensures that everything is noticed when translating vision into reality. His leadership role in managing diverse sets of events makes him steadfast in the quality output of any event. Surya facilitates everything and anything under the sun in an itinerary that one can fit in.

Jayesh Palande

Production Head

The Jack of all traits can also make the master explore his best. Jayesh's ability to deliver high-quality projects lies in his quest to push the limits with his passion for creativity. An innovative mindset, a deep understanding of design, and vivid skill sets ensure that the protection of events is best delivered to the scale flawlessly.

Kshitija Gaonkar

Promoter

A law graduate whose interest lies in handling the intricacies of the event. Has delved into event productions for a decade. Kshitija's forte is resource management, coordination and communications. Has been a part of various National & International events.

Vikesh Naik

Director Photography

With a firm footing in still photography spanning 30 years behind the camera. Vikesh freezes the time and generates excitement if you ever pass by the photograph. He brings his creative vision and deep understanding of colour and dyes to the fore.

Hemant Kadlak

Graphic Designer

Being an alumnus of the prestigious J. J School of Arts, Hemant amazingly blends artistic vision with strategic thinking to create visuals that encapsulate the vision of the product. His trail, with graphics, leaves eye-catching visual poetry on the cards.
